About the project
The School Block project in Utawala, Nairobi County, stands as a testament to Fingerprint Builders’ commitment to delivering high-quality, functional, and inspiring spaces. Completed in 2021, this 840 sqm facility was designed and constructed using the Design-Build delivery method, ensuring a seamless and efficient process from concept to completion.
This project was tailored to meet the unique needs of an educational environment, providing a modern, safe, and conducive space for learning and growth. From the initial design phase to the final construction, every detail was carefully planned and executed to create a structure that combines durability, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
